Kieron Chadwick is a Lecturer at the School of Digital, Technology, Innovation and Business at Staffordshire University. A first-generation academic and former industry professional, he holds a CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership, an MSc in Management with Human Resources from the University of Lincoln, and a BA (Hons) in Business Management through the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Scientific awards include the SME News Best Distance Learning Training Provider 2020 for his founded startup Academy of Assessors Limited. He has also led modules on project management, organizational performance, and work-based projects while serving as Course Leader for the Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship and Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
