Dr. Kieran Dowd is a Lecturer in the Department of Sport and Health Science at the University of Limerick. He holds a PhD in 'Objectively Measured Sedentary Behaviour, Physical Activity and Health in Adolescent Females' (2013) and a B.Sc. in Physical Education with Concurrent Mathematics Teaching (2007), both from University of Limerick.
