Kevin Pogue

Kevin Pogue is a Professor of Geology at Whitman College within the College of Arts and Sciences. His research spans tectonics, structural geology, and terroir studies, with fieldwork conducted in the Himalayan thrust belt of Pakistan and the Pacific Northwest vineyards of the Columbia Basin.

Dr. Pogue teaches courses in terroir science, structural geology, and regional geology, and collaborates with viticulture programs at Washington State University and Walla Walla Community College. He has authored a geological guidebook for City of Rocks and contributed to major geological society publications.
