Kevin Patton is an Assistant Professor of Legal Clinics at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. He is also a shareholder in Maynard Nexsen’s Banking & Finance Practice. Previously, he served as head of litigation for a Fortune 500 bank, managing nationwide litigation and regulatory matters. A U.S. Navy veteran with combat experience as an A-6 Intruder pilot, Patton logged 1,250 flight hours and 275 carrier landings, and served as a squadron legal officer.
