Kevin P. Murphy is the Northrop Professor of History and affiliate Professor of American Studies at the University of Minnesota. He co-founded the Heritage Studies and Public History graduate program, a Mellon Foundation-supported collaboration with the Minnesota Historical Society. His research focuses on the history of sexuality, gender, and public history.
