Kevin Morrison is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh and former President of the Faculty at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA). He earned his PhD in Political Science from Duke University in 2007. His research focuses on fiscal foundations of political stability, taxation, and representation. Notably, his 2009 article in International Organization won the Robert O. Keohane Award, and he received the 2015 GSPIA Teacher of the Year award.
