Kevin McCoy

Kevin McCoy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Art and Art Professions at NYU Steinhardt. He is a practicing artist and collaborator with Jennifer McCoy, known for interdisciplinary work in video sculpture, installation, and NFT-related technology. His research explores themes of collaboration, automation, and remote viewing through diverse mediums.

His work has been exhibited at major institutions like The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA, and international venues such as the Pompidou Center and ZKM. Notable awards include the 2022 Webby Lifetime Achievement Award for his 2014 'Monetized Graphics' project, foundational to NFT technology.
