Kevin Gingras

Kevin Gingras serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University while holding the executive position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Litigation, Compliance, International, and Government Affairs at Lockheed Martin. In this dual capacity, he oversees the corporation's high-exposure litigation portfolio, privileged internal investigations, and comprehensive compliance programs spanning anti-corruption, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and government ethics.

His educational foundation includes a BA from Fort Lewis College and a JD from the University of Notre Dame, supplemented by judicial clerkships with Judge Mary Beck Briscoe (Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals) and Chief Judge Rudolph T. Randa (Eastern District of Wisconsin).

Gingras specializes in high-stakes legal domains including False Claims Act litigation, complex commercial disputes, counterterrorism-related national security matters, and government investigations. His expertise bridges corporate legal strategy with regulatory frameworks governing lobbying disclosures, campaign finance, and bid protest proceedings.

He has previously held adjunct teaching positions at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and University of Notre Dame's Political Science Department.
