Kevin Gecowets

Kevin Gecowets is a Lecturer of Management at Kennesaw State University, teaching courses in management, business ethics, strategy, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation. He combines academia with executive coaching and consulting for private and public sector leaders. Previously, he served as Director for University Learning at Kennesaw State University and Director of Organizational Change for Georgia’s Governor’s Office of Customer Service.

• MS in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University
• BS in Music Education from the University of Illinois
• Graduate certificates in Organizational Coaching and Leadership and Ethics

His research focuses on Creative Problem Solving as a catalyst for Transformative Learning, brokerage (structural social capital) in adaptive organizations, and generative practices driving innovation in complex environments.

Kevin’s career spans roles in professional development, organizational change, and academic leadership, with a dual emphasis on pedagogy and practical consulting for operational excellence.
