Kevin Covert

Kevin Covert holds multiple roles at Shenandoah University: Charles B. Levitin Chair in Musical Theatre, Director of Musical Theatre, Coordinator for Musical Theatre Recruitment, and Associate Professor in the Theatre Department. He earned a B.F.A. from Florida State University.

His expertise spans musical theatre, acting, dance, directing, and choreography. Professionally, he performed in Broadway productions including Spamalot, Memphis (earning a Fred Astaire Award nomination), and How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, and directed/choreographed regional productions nationally.
