Kevin Cotter is the Department Chair and Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Department of Economics at Wayne State University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
His research focuses on microeconomic theory and international trade. Recent courses taught include graduate-level courses such as Fundamentals of Economic Analysis I (ECO7020) and Microeconomic Theory II (ECO7010), as well as introductory courses like Principles of Microeconomics (ECO2010). He has also taught Advanced International Trade (ECO6300) and Price and Allocation Theory (ECO6000).
