Kevin Conley is an Associate Professor, Chair of the Department of Sports Medicine and Nutrition, and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies at the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS). With over 30 years of clinical and academic experience, he has led the development of programs in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, and Nutrition Science, including the accelerated Dietitian Nutritionist program and the Sports Science MS program.

Research interests focus on neuromuscular control of the ankle and wellness standards for individuals with intellectual disabilities. His work bridges clinical practice and academic innovation, particularly in athletic training and rehabilitation.

His service work includes coordination of the Special Olympics Basketball Tournament at Pitt, medical leadership roles at Special Olympics World Games (Athens 2011, PyeongChang 2013), and current membership on the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Board of Directors.
