Kevin Chang

Dr. Kevin Chang is an Associate Professor and NIATT Director at the University of Idaho's Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering. With over 15 years of professional experience, his research focuses on transportation safety, traffic operations, and pedestrian mobility. He previously served as a traffic engineer for King County Department of Transportation.

Chang teaches courses including Introduction to Civil Engineering, Traffic Systems Design, and Public Transportation. He chairs TRB's School Transportation Subcommittee and ITE's Transportation Education Committee, and advises ASCE and ITE student groups.
