Kevin Brindle

Kevin Brindle is Professor at the University of Cambridge and Senior Group Leader at CRUK Cambridge Institute. His pioneering work develops hyperpolarized ¹³C and ²H MRI techniques for real-time imaging of tumor metabolism. These methods enable early detection of treatment response by tracking metabolic flux.

Honors include Royal Society Fellowship (2020) and leadership roles in molecular imaging societies. Research integrates deuterium metabolic imaging with computational modeling to identify tumor metabolic subtypes and therapeutic vulnerabilities.
