Dr. Kevin Almond is an Associate Professor in the School of Design at the University of Leeds. His research focuses on fashion's sociocultural dimensions, including creative pattern cutting, fashion dichotomies, and sculptural thinking. He leads the Textiles and Fashion Research Group and explores topics such as UK societal changes reflected in fashion, bespoke tailoring heritage, and fashion's role in club culture.
