Ketan Mhatre

Ketan Mhatre is an Assistant Professor at the University of Redlands' School of Business & Society. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MMS from the University of Mumbai, and a B.Sc. from the University of Mumbai.

His research focuses on leadership dynamics, organizational behavior, and positive psychology, with publications exploring transformational leadership, generational differences in workplaces, and psychological capital. Key interests include:

• Charismatic and authentic leadership frameworks
• Impacts of nepotism in organizational structures
• Positive psychological influences on employee performance

Professor Mhatre actively contributes to academic service as an advisor for Human Relations and Journal of Business Research, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. He holds memberships in the Academy of Management, International Leadership Association, and Society for Human Resource Management.
