Kessely Hong serves as Senior Lecturer in Public Policy and Faculty Chair of the MPA Programs and Mid-Career MPA Summer Program at Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. She teaches negotiation and decision-making across degree programs and executive education initiatives.
