Dr. Kerstin Grosch is an Assistant Professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) within the Institute for Markets and Strategy, and a Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna (IHS). Her research focuses on behavioral and experimental economics, examining labor-market, financial, and educational contexts with a focus on underrepresented groups. She designs lab-in-the-field experiments to inform equitable institutional policies and has conducted studies in Ghana. Her work bridges economic theory with applied insights on compliance, occupational choice, and ethical behavior.
