Kerry S. Lueders

Kerry S. Lueders is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Blindness and Low Vision Studies at Drexel University, serving as Director of the Low Vision Rehabilitation Program. She holds roles in the Academic Affairs Division of Global, Interprofessional, and Specialized Programming.

Education: BA from Wittenberg University; MS from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Her research and clinical focus revolves around Low Vision Rehabilitation, Education of Students with Visual Impairment, and Orientation and Mobility. She has contributed to the field through publications such as a 2011 book review in the Journal of Visual Impairment and Blindness.

Certifications include Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS), Teacher of the Visually Impaired (PA), and Certified Low Vision Therapist (CLVT). She is active in the Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (Penn-Del Chapter).
