Kerrin Klinger

Dr. Kerrin Klinger is a Lecturer and Research Assistant at Humboldt University Berlin and Technical University Berlin, specializing in the history of education and science. She holds a PhD in History of Natural Science from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Her research focuses on examination practices (e.g., German Abitur), educational bureaucracy, and spatial pedagogy in East Germany. She coordinates projects like Abitur Examination Practices and Essays (1882-1972) and teaches at the Department of History of Education and History of Science. She also collaborates with the German Institute for International Educational Research (DIPF) as an Associate Scientist in the BBF research group.
