Kerri Froc is Associate Professor at UNB Faculty of Law, specializing in constitutional law and feminist legal theory. She holds a PhD from Queen's University and has practiced law for 18 years focusing on equality rights litigation. Her research examines women's constitutional rights, equality jurisprudence, and originalist interpretation of the Charter.
Froc teaches Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Advanced Constitutional Law. She coaches the Wilson Moot team and supervises graduate students. Her book manuscript 'The Gendered Constitution' examines Canada's equality framework.
