Kerk Kee

Kerk Kee is an Associate Professor of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University, specializing in the social and organizational dimensions of cyberinfrastructure (CI). His research focuses on innovation diffusion, technology adoption, and organizational communication, particularly examining how CI facilitates knowledge sharing across institutional boundaries.

He has served as Principal Investigator (PI) and co-PI for multiple NSF Directorate for Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE) grants, including a prestigious CAREER award in 2015. These projects investigate the organizational capacity required for effective cyberinfrastructure adoption.
