Keri Pekaar

Dr. Keri Pekaar is an Assistant Professor at Tilburg University’s Department of Human Resource Studies within the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and work-life balance, particularly examining how professionals navigate career and family roles in academic and organizational contexts.
