Kent B. Golden

Kent B. Golden is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Interactive Media & Design at Quinnipiac University's School of Communications. He teaches in both the Graphic and Interactive Design undergraduate program and the Interactive Media graduate program. His professional expertise spans audio/video production, graphic design, web design, motion graphics, and interactive museum exhibit design. He currently explores AI, VR, and AR applications in design.

Education:

• B.A. in Psychology from Quinnipiac University
• M.S. in Educational Technology from University of Connecticut
• Additional studies in Digital Video (Yale University) and Motion Media (SCAD)

Professional Portfolio: As owner of Golden Multimedia, he has completed projects for institutions like the Yale Peabody Museum and the Albert Schweitzer Organ Festival. His 2022 documentary on the Festival highlights its 25-year impact on organ music education. He also authored a children's novel promoting environmentalism through time-travel storytelling.

Certifications: Apple iOS development, FAA Remote Pilot (drones), Microsoft/Crestron certifications. His technical background includes roles in IT systems administration and A/V programming.
