Kenneth R. Davis

Kenneth R. Davis is Professor of Law and Ethics at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business, where he has been faculty since 1991. Based at the Lincoln Center campus in New York City, he maintains office hours at 140 W. 62nd Street.

His scholarly work examines intersections of legal frameworks and ethical decision-making in business contexts, with particular attention to corporate governance and regulatory compliance challenges.
