Kenneth Hayes

Kenneth Hayes, EdD, is an Associate Professor of Instruction at the University of Northern Iowa's College of Education. He serves as the Coordinator of the Principalship Program (MAE/ASC) and Director of Special Education Endorsement.

Research interests include:

• Effective school leadership and its impact on culture/climate
• Standards-based evaluation systems for educators
• Mental health implications on student achievement

He emphasizes a growth mindset across organizations and advocates for lifelong learning to positively influence educational outcomes.
