Kenneth Hall

Kenneth Hall is a tenured Associate Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean of the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

His educational background includes:

• D.B.A. in Marketing from Cleveland State University
• M.B.A. in Marketing from Cleveland State University
• B.A. in Political Science from Kent State University

His research focuses on customer relationship management (CRM), marketing analytics, and B2B marketing, with specific expertise in knowledge advantage as a competitive driver, inter-firm collaboration in complex markets, and salesperson roles in international business intelligence. He maintains extensive experience in curriculum development and assurance of learning within AACSB-accredited frameworks, recently augmenting his credentials with a Business Analytics nanodegree from Udacity.

His administrative responsibilities as Associate Dean complement his academic role, with offices located at 372 Sutliff Hall (Bloomsburg) and 119 Akeley Hall (Lock Haven).
