Kenneth GOH

Kenneth GOH is a Full-time Faculty member and Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship (Education) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB), Singapore Management University. He also serves as Academic Director of the Business Families Institute and Course Coordinator for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Major. His academic roles include editorial board memberships and professional service roles in curriculum development and family enterprise awards.

Education:

• Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Theory, Carnegie Mellon University
• M.Ed. in Human Development and Psychology, Harvard University
• B.Sc. in Economics (Dual Concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management), University of Pennsylvania

Research Focus: Innovation, team process dynamics, organizational routines, and sustainable business strategies. His work explores how organizations balance conflicting pressures through temporal and spatial routines, leveraging family legacy in business, and fostering inclusive work environments.
