Kenneth Asta

Ken Asta is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Health and Human Physiology at the University of Iowa's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Western Illinois University, with certifications as a National Health Coach (ACE) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).
