Kenneth Anderson serves as a Lecturer in Music at the University of San Diego, directing the USD Gospel Choir while also leading the UCSD Gospel Choir and Martin Luther King Jr. Community Choir San Diego (MLK Choir). He concurrently holds an adjunct faculty position at City College, teaching the history of black music in America across the college and its high school satellite campuses.
His professional focus centers on music education, gospel traditions, historical analysis of Black music in America, operatic performance, and choral conducting.
