Kendra Reed

Kendra Reed is a Professor of Management at Loyola University New Orleans, holding the Barry and Teresa LeBlanc Distinguished Professorship of Business Ethics. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MBA in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, and a B.S.Ed. in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University.

Her research focuses on organizational climate and behavior, management decision making, human resource management, and business ethics, with publications spanning disciplines like organizational studies, business communication, medical practice management, and financial regulation compliance.

Reed has received the Outstanding Teaching and Advising Award from both undergraduate and MBA students. She has also contributed to institutional governance through roles such as:

• Pioneering the Academic Integrity policy/council
• Serving as MBA Director, Area Chair, Faculty Senator, Delta Sig Advisor, and NAIA Faculty Representative

Her professional background includes seven years of experience in human resource management and consulting prior to her academic career. She currently works at Loyola University New Orleans in the College of Business, aligning with Jesuit values of excellence and discernment.
