Kendra Bowen is Associate Professor and Graduate Director in Criminology & Criminal Justice at Texas Christian University's AddRan College of Liberal Arts. With a Ph.D. in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, her research examines sex crimes, victimization patterns, and prisoner reentry challenges.
