Ken Weidner

Ken Weidner is an Assistant Professor of Management at Saint Joseph’s University, where he has taught since 2000. His courses include business ethics, leadership, organization development, and organizational sustainability. He previously held teaching roles at Loyola University Chicago, University of Illinois at Chicago, and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

• Research focuses on workplace justice, behavioral professionalism, power addiction, and maladaptive denial in leadership.
• Key contributions include analyses of living wage policies in higher education and innovative case-based teaching methods like Business Grand Rounds.
