Kelsey Ragan

Kelsey Ragan, PhD, LP, LSSP is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at Baylor University. She is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) and a Licensed Psychologist (LP), with clinical experience spanning public education systems in Texas, Virginia, and Florida, as well as private practice and community clinics.

Education:

• Doctorate in School Psychology from Texas A&M University
• Educational Specialist (EdS) degree from Baylor University

Research and Practice Focus: Dr. Ragan specializes in consultation and supervision, emphasizing systematic reviews in school- and clinic-based psychological services. Her work intersects with behavioral supports, evidence-based interventions, and special education frameworks.
