Kelly Wall is a Lecturer in the School of Nursing at Columbus State University, where she transitioned from adjunct clinical instructor to full-time faculty after obtaining her Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Walden University in 2015. She teaches in both traditional and accelerated BSN programs.

Her research interests focus on nursing education, clinical coaching, and improving healthcare environments through employee recognition programs. She has contributed to ANCC Pathway to Excellence certifications and developed clinical coach training frameworks.

- Nominated for Daisy Award twice for compassionate care
Professional Involvement: Member of American Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, South Carolina Nursing Association, and Nurses Christian Fellowship. She served as Chair of the Nurse’s Shared Governance Committee, implementing impactful programs for staff and patient care.
