Kelly Rae Aldridge is a Visiting Instructor in the Department of History of Art and Design at Pratt Institute’s School of Liberal Arts & Sciences. She also serves as an Instructor at Stony Brook University, where she is a Ph.D. candidate.

Her research examines the intersection of food, art, and social practice, focusing on collaborative interdisciplinary projects. Her dissertation Crumbs from the Revolutionary Table explores the table as a site for physical consumption, sensuous encounters, and material exchange in contemporary art contexts.
Kelly has presented at the College Art Association (CAA) and served as a Session Chair for the Association of Art Historians (AAH), demonstrating her engagement in academic discourse.
