Kelly Morrison is a Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she joined after over 20 years at Michigan State University. She teaches courses on gender, health, and instructional communication, and co-teaches CMST 110: Introduction to Interpersonal Communication.

Personal interests include being a Chicago Cubs fan, team-teaching with her spouse Steve McCornack, and fitness instruction. She has three sons and enjoys visiting Cosmic Candy in Pentwater, Michigan.
