Kelly Moore

Kelly Moore is an Assistant Professor of Modern and Contemporary Spanish Literature and Culture at the University of Virginia. She holds a PhD in Romance Studies from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wyoming. Her current research focuses on reproductivist imaginaries in modern Spain, exploring social reproduction through Iberian literature and film. She teaches courses on 18th-21st century Spanish cultural studies and feminist/queer theory.

Her scholarly work engages interdisciplinary approaches to literature, film, and social theory. Office hours are held Thursdays 12:30-2:00pm in New Cabell Hall 435.
