Kelly Layne, PhD, OTD, OTR, is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Department of Occupational Therapy within Robbins College of Health & Human Sciences at Baylor University. She plays a key role in the Baylor Doctor of Occupational Therapy program, focusing on innovative educational practices.

Her professional activities extend to pro-bono services for community-based organizations serving adults, older adults, individuals with mental illnesses, and breastfeeding mothers.
