Kelly Arraf

Dr. Kelly Arraf serves as Assistant Professor of Nursing at East Texas Baptist University's Teague School of Nursing since 2023, leveraging over twenty years of critical care experience in PACU and operating rooms to shape future nurses. Her clinical expertise spans post-anesthesia care, peri-operative nursing, and medical simulation.

Certified by the National League for Nursing (CNE/CNEcl), she champions faith-integrated nursing education and NCLEX success strategies through evidence-based mentorship.

As a dedicated medical missionary since 2013 (including Haiti deployments), Dr. Arraf operationalizes Hebrews 10:24-25 through community-focused nursing practice. She emphasizes collaborative learning environments where students achieve competence through faculty partnership and spiritual calling, while maintaining active certifications in faith-community nursing and peri-operative care.
