Kellie Sharp-Hoskins

Dr. Kellie Sharp-Hoskins is Professor of Rhetoric and Professional Communication and Writing Program Administrator at New Mexico State University. With a PhD from Illinois State University and MA from San Diego State University, her research examines rhetorical imaginations - how narrative webs manage recognition, representation, and ethical possibilities for language and bodies. Her work intersects feminist, materialist, and critical race theories.

Sharp-Hoskins authored Rhetoric in Debt (2023) and has published extensively on rhetorical methodologies addressing differential mattering in pedagogy and public discourse. She teaches courses spanning composition, rhetorical theory, professional communication, and cultural studies.
