Dr. Keith Martin is a Professor of Biology and Dean of the School of Mathematics, Science and Health Science at Rogers State University (RSU). He holds a Ph.D. in Wildlife and Fisheries Ecology from Oklahoma State University and has been with RSU since 1990, advancing through roles including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor (tenured), and Department Head before becoming Dean in 2008.
