Ke Wang is a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, focusing on the intersection of emotions, decision-making, and organizational behavior. His educational background includes a B.A. from Wuhan University (China), an M.S. from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy (Management, Leadership, and Decision Science Area) from Harvard University.
Research Interests center on two streams: (1) how emotions influence decision-making and (2) scalable emotion regulation strategies, including AI-based interventions, to enhance individual and organizational well-being. His work addresses practical challenges in professional, social, and health contexts.
