Katy Reed

Katy Reed serves as a Part-Time Lecturer and Employer Outreach & Professional Development Specialist at the University of Vermont's Grossman School of Business, a role she assumed in September 2023. Her responsibilities include fostering employer relationships and guiding student professional development initiatives through strategic career services programming.

Educationally, she holds a degree in Communication with minors in Marketing and International Studies from the University of Wyoming. Her professional expertise spans talent acquisition, higher education administration, and organizational change management, which she applies to enhance student career outcomes within the business school ecosystem.

Her work focuses on connecting business students with employment opportunities through employer outreach networks and developing professional competencies. Outside professional duties, Katy enjoys time with friends, family, and her dog Leo.
