She investigates inequalities at multiple levels, including gender disparities in employer training provision and the impact of childcare policies on maternal career trajectories. Her methodological expertise lies in applied microeconometrics and quasi-experimental methods.
Recent publications include analyses of gender disparities in on-the-job training decisions and the effects of public childcare on maternal labor supply. These works align with her broader interests in labor market transformation, human capital investment, and family-labor interactions.

Huber coordinates the CEPA research center and participates in the BSoE Research Unit on Labor Market Transformation. Her current projects involve evaluating family policies and analyzing firm-employee-manager training dynamics.
