Katie Grier serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Avila University, where she teaches undergraduate courses in general psychology and holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology earned from the same institution.

Her clinical expertise centers on trauma therapy with specialized focus on women's mental health, informed by her active private practice in Overland Park, Kansas.
