Dr. Kathy Redfern is a Lecturer in Human Nutrition at the University of Plymouth, affiliated with the School of Biomedical Sciences (Faculty of Health). She leads the AfN-accredited BSc (Hons) Nutrition, Exercise and Health program and contributes to teaching in Dietetics and Human Nutrition programs.
