Kathy Iverson

Kathy Iverson is an Associate Professor in the Training and Development department at Walter E. Heller College of Business, Roosevelt University. She teaches graduate courses in the M.A. in Training & Development (MATD) program and specializes in creating interactive learning environments and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within training practices. Her recent research explores gender pay equity and AI integration in learning and development.
