Professor Kathy Douglas is the Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor, Learning, Teaching & Quality in RMIT University's College of Business and Law. She leads initiatives in pedagogy innovation, program development, and educational governance. With over 20 years in dispute resolution (ADR), her research spans legal education, mediation practices, and technology-enhanced learning. Previously, she served as Dean of the Graduate School of Business and Law (2018–2022), receiving the 2020 Vice Chancellor’s Leadership Award for Imagination. Her work integrates transformative educational experiences with impactful research, focusing on community, industry, and staff engagement.
