Kathryn Lin

Kathryn Lin serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Director of Experiential Education at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, maintaining clinical practice at CommUnityCare Health Center’s Southeast Health and Wellness Center in Austin, TX.

Her educational qualifications include:

• B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill
• Doctor of Pharmacy from Belmont University College of Pharmacy
• PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center
• PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at CommUnityCare Health Centers

Dr. Lin specializes in diabetes and cardiology management within ambulatory care settings, with teaching responsibilities spanning Pharmacotherapy, Clinical Skills, and specialized electives including Ambulatory Care and Herbal & Botanical Supplements. Her clinical expertise integrates evidence-based practice with patient-centered care in chronic disease management.

As Director of Experiential Education, she oversees pharmacy practice experiences coordinating student rotations across diverse clinical sites including her primary practice location at CommUnityCare Health Centers.
